Dear Sir,
I am planning to buy a residential land. I got the photocopy of the parent documents and there were 4 transaction happened.
However in the documents for the last 2 transactions there is a mistake in the boundary as mentioned below.
Say for example if the plot intended to buy is 464 and the 463 is on west and 465 is on east, then it is printed by mistake as 463 on east and 463 on west. This mistake in present only in the last 2 documents.
Is it advisable to buy the property with this mistake? What is the procedure to rectify this?
Should all the parties involved in the last 2 transactions rectify this mistake or is it enough only the seller to rectify it? Please clarify.
Regards,
Vasanth
