both parties comprised at 307 section

Sir , small issues between youth at vinayakasavithi festival ..but one party filed 307 case with political influence,but now both parties ready to comprise but police not accepting ,and police asking to surrender. sir , now my query is whether there is possibility get compromised without going to jail . please tell me if there is possibility
