I am presently working in government navratna defence psu BEL and have applied to another maharatna oil psu ONGC on 22-4-2014. I belong to ST category. But i have not pre-intemated to my employer about application about outside job . Now if i got selected for interview then definately they will not provide me NOC for that as i have asked the HR and he rejected that.
Now If i got final selected, then if i resigned and serve the notice period for resignation and apply for bond transfer after that then will it be legal and if yes, then please quote any judgement or rule number so that i can go to HR and ask for bond transfer.
Or is it complusory to pre-intimate BEL at time of form filling of ONGC ??if yes, then what is minimum time frame for pre-intimation ?
and pre-intimation is like coming into light as we have to sign the application through manager , GM, CMD otherwise bond is 3 lakhs...
please suggest me a solution about bond transfer.???????
