I was a tenant on ground floor from 2001. and the rent was Rs. 1000/-. My landlord were four brother and three sisters. One of them sold the property without my knowledge and other family members in 2008. New land lord grabbed one room of ground floor forcibly and entire first floor. He is occupying entire first floor and one room on ground floor. I am depositing rent in court every month. Now land lord filed petition in court for bonafide requirement. Now How can I be protected from eviction?
