Hi, charge sheet was issued under Industrial employment (Standing Order) Central Rules 1946 and concluded. In fact, State of Maharashtra is a appropriate govt. After lapse of 6 years the employee was dismissed under bombay industrial employment standing orders rules 1959 without consideration of unblemished past record and the employee was in service for last 5 years.
