Hi,
In Condominium of apartments (which is different from co-operative housing society), is it allowed for a second owner of an apartment (apartment is being owned by two persons) to be a part of the Board of members committee?
I read the by-laws but there is no clarity about this in the by-laws. It only states that the right of voting lies only with first owner, in case the apartment is owned by more than one persons.
