Dear Sir,
I have a one storied house at Sonarpur, Kolkata region. Its building plan already been sanctioned by local municipality but mutation has not done yet. For the last 2 years I'm submitting form continuously there at BLRO office of Baikunthapur, Sonarpur. They keep on rejecting the the same and harrasing without any proper reason. What should I do to obtain the BLRO mutation certificate? Please help

You can file a petition with the district collector. If collector fails to do, you can approach civil courts and file a petition for mutation
