What is defination of blood relative. Can mausi (Mothers's sister) can also be blood relative

A blood relative is a person who is related to another through a common ancestor, not merely by marriage or adoption. Blood relatives are your cousins, brothers, sisters, grandparents, your parents and their brothers and sisters.
