Hello , am staying in mumbai and Born In Haryana And In all My documents Its clearly mention dat my place of birth is harayan.i want my birthcertificate for which (haryana)they are asking for document that is NOC from Mumbai.I want to ask Is BMC will Give me NOC or non availabilty of birth certificate document ..

your query is not understood. what type of certificate you want from BMC when you are born in Haryana.

BMC will issue non availability birth certificate.
