BENEFITS UNDER D AND D+ ZONES

DEAR ALL,

In Maharashtra, there are certain land, which is divided between zones like A zone, C zone, D zone, D+ zone.

I have the list of benefits under D and D+ zone, but what I am looking is the criteria  or eligibility to get the benefits under D and D+ zone. Like

1) Minimum Investment

2) Minimum No. of  labor etc
