Benefits of technical resignation

Sub- Seniority after technical resignation in same past Through proper channel Respected sir, With due respect I want to inform that i SHAILENDRA CHAUBEY joined Indian railway bhusawal division on Assistant loco pilot through RRB Mumbai on 25-10-2016. on 08-05-2018 I had submitted technical resignation at bhusawal division which was accepted by competent authority on 08-06-2018 vide letter no L/NO/BSL/P/LA-30/SC/ALP I Was released from bhusawal division and joined Kharagpur division S.E rly in same post PB-1 Rs-5200-20200+Gp 1900 On 13-06-2018 without any initial training. Therefore I want to know whether my past service at bhusawal division will also be included in present service for Seniority and promotion.
