Being harassed in the name of a high court judge

I am being harrasesd in the name of a high court judge his nephew owes me money . On asking for the money he is threatening me and my family in the name of the judge the local police is also hesitant in taking my complaint 

moreover his nephew’s daughter has also threatened that if I keep asking for my money she will issue a rape case against me 

please help me
