Dear sir
a FIR u/s 420,406 ipc has been registered against a builder from whom i have also booked a plot. now i came to know from police station that chargesheet has already been submitted in the court. now i also want to became the co complainant as i am also the victim. Police refused to accept my complaint.please guide me how i can join in the case in court.
