Hi All, Can anyone help? I have made an sale agreement for apartment BBMP B khata property in Bangalore near DLF new town. Apartment land is A Khata 50 x 80 , 4000 sqrt. Builder has taken G+3 plan approval from BBMP with 1 house in each floor. However he has built G+3 floor but in each floor he has built 3 flat instead of 1. And apartment having only 1 mtr setback area around the apartment instead of 2 mtrs both makes violations in BBMP plan approval. I have already paid 5.5 lakes for sale agreement. Now I am worried whether I should buy this apartment and if there will be any legal action taken by BBMP in future for floating the rules. Will they demolish the apartment? Please advise. LIC has rejected the Home Loan
