Hi,
I am applying for membership of bar council of Maharashtra & Goa.
The form states that all photocopies of marksheets, DOB etc. to be verified, by either Gazzated Officer OR Elected member of Bar Council. I do not know either person. My application is though signed by two Senior Advocates.
Question - Will certification from bank manager (who is usually equal to Gazzated Officer) suffice the requirement?
