I would like to buy a bank property which is in symbolic possession with the bank i.e the owner or tenant occupying the place.
Please advice how to get the possession from them.

A kind request to buy where is propety is peacefully left by the tenents. The procedure becomes tidious where tenants are still living in the flat as there are lot of court orders involved in the same for tenants to leave the permices.
