Bailable warrant in non bailable offence.

I am accused of 498a Dp 3/4.  I also followed 41 A procedure by police.Chargesheet has beem filed.Today I got bailable warrant of 10000.I still didnt take regular bail. Why court sent bailable waarant in non bailable offence. It is written BW 10000/- on summon...if i go to court on said date. Will court take me into custody or release me after signing bond of 10000/-..

The second of the options will prevail as the warrant is bailable. The better option However is to have the warrants cancelled.
