I am retired employee. My retirement benefits are withheld due to Disciplinary Action. The company will award the momentum, Shawl & Appreciation certificate to the retired employee if their is no remark. But in my case the company awarded the momentum & shawl without appreciation certificate. I return the momentum & shawl to the Company as I am in disciplinary Case by feeling humiliation to me & insult to the Company's pride. Company is thinking native attitude on returning the momentum & Shawl. Kindly comment on the action taken.
