Hi All,
My name is Vishal i am an Australian Citizen working and living in Hyderabad, India. Got married to an Indian in India (Hindu Marriage Act) in Nov 2012. This women and her family are defaulter. These people are not law abiding citizens. She has filed a false 498a case against me and my family in Hyderabad.
I want a divorce from her, all i want to know is would there be any special time duration for other country Citizens. All the hearing can it be done in a shorter time period.
Is there any special section or category, where i can appeal to get it sorted in a short period for overseas citizens who are living in India.
