My question is regarding Hindu Marriage. Can the following affidavits (stamp papers) be attested by the SDM (Sub Divisional Magistrate) of Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh). This is required by the Swiss Embassy.
- Affidavit for conversion of name and religion (bride)
- Affidavit for single status prior marriage (for groom)
- Affidavits for Hindu Marriage (for both parties)
