attack on government employee

one guy in the evng between 3 to 4pm in a drunken state stopped the 2wheeler vehicle of VRO who is government servent this guy and employee belongs to same village due to some personal grudge boy hit the employe but he is not injured at all. but the employe reported to the police stating that one guy attacked him while doing duty so the police made FIR imposing 354 section. my doubt is Is the section is valid did the crimes under this section. 2.did he gets station bail. what should his defence can someone explain in breif please.!

Section 354 IPC is non bailable. The defense depends on facts of the case. This offence is against woman. 

 

 

Section 354.   Assault of criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty.Previous    Next

Whoever assaults or uses criminal force to any woman, intending to outrage or knowing it to be likely that he will there by outrage her modesty, 1 [shall be punished with imprisonment of either descripttion for a term which shall not be less than one year but which may extend to five years, and shall also be liable to fine].
