I request the Learned Advocates to quote or supply me and/or quote me the judgement /decission/ orders of the Honble Supreme Court and various Honble Court while hearing the Revisional Application regarding attachment of salary of the husband/opposite party to recover the maintenence allowances, under section 125(3) of the crminal procedure code, I am aware that there is statutory provision that the Ld Court shall issue warrant in default of payment of maintaintence allowances but if the husband is central govt employee and refused to comply the order of maintainnenece awarded to the wife/petitioner, in such event there are various land mark judgement of the higher forum when the honble court directed the employer of the opp party to attach the salary of the opp party and remit the same to the wife month to month, please supply me the copy of the such judgement and references at my mailbox husain23a@rediffmail.com |
