I am a member (Age:45 years) of CHS in Mumbai and desires to appoint my brother as an Associate Member who is keenly taking part in day to day activities of society , Kindly clarify my following queries if possible ;
1) What is the rights of an Associate Members ?
2) What is the duration validity of Associate Members ? Should I withdraw him by giving letter to society regarding termination of Associate member ?
3) Unfortunately in case of sudden death of myself , who will be member of society -
a) Any of Nominees OR (b) Name mention in Will OR (c) Associate Member
4) Inserting name of an Associate Member in Share Certficate is compulsory ?
