Dear Sir/Mam,
Recently I was going through MSWA’s Housing Societies Review December, 2014 edition (https://media.wix.com/ugd/0c48ae_6ef010209bcb4e1fbae8526196666ae0.pdf ). There were few points regarding associate member for which I need clarification.
1) Can only be a Joint owner have the right to be associate member? (As mentioned in page no.14 right side from bottom 3rd paragraph)
2) Is it necessary to get it registered under Registration Act,1908 & duly stamped; if yes then what will be procedure for the same.
