I am planning to buy an apartment from a builder in Bangalore. The builder is transferring a Sale Agreement to me through Assignment Deed. The Sale Agreeement is for 30 Lacs. The current property
value is 50 lakhs. The builder is asking me to pay 50 lacs to the owner of Sale Agreeement. Is this correct legally ?
Should i pay 30 lacs to owner and 20 lacs to builder ?
Kindly advice.
