My boss is asking me to resign and threating that if you resing 30-day notice if HR comes then nly 7 days, but no reason given other thAT you are not up to the mark. But my performance based on CSAT is all above 3.7 rating out of 5. I have resigned but I still have an option to take it back as per the system, Can i take back and fight. Also I never received any written/email communication from HR on this, but he still says they can terminate you in 7 days notice. Please help.

means company wants to get rid of you and wants to do so without unpleasantness and without loss to your future career. so you ar egiven opportinity to resign.
