No complaints on judge. Instead go for appeal to higher courts with your strong points. Family court decisions resolve many important issues related to divorce, including child custody, property and support. To ensure that judges act appropriately and apply the law correctly, every state provides a mechanism for appealing certain orders by parties to a family court case. Understanding the types of orders and errors that you can appeal will help you determine how to best proceed if you believe a judge made a mistake in your case

Dear Gurus,

I visited so many senior lawyers in Hyderabad , every law chambr filled with so many books i doubt weather they gone through all the books or not , if still I belive in the indian constitution there is at least one para written about the court proceedings are wrong  what we need to do," every one advised me about appeal ,appeal...........,what happens the people who did wrong no one explains here , every one supported the judge because all you people are belongs to the same legal community , I can found only one person in this lawyers club of India i.e JEEVAGAN sir who is JUDGE who encouraged me like anything .

Thanks a lot Jeevagan sir , people like you need for this country ....

who ever given the replies to me in this current forum , please go through the jeevagan sir's previous reply to my Query , you can find what is reality ...

Thanks,

Venkat .
