Dear All,
Upon arresting of a managing director of a public ltd. company by police officials on graft charges / conspiracy / abatement, / other charges, can he (MD) continue to act as a Managing director pending verdict of the trial by getting bail from the court under companies act, 1956 / or under any applicable law.
