I am vaibhav kaushal,a resident of new delhi. I am residing in my ancestor's house in new delhi.My uncle who is an Army Officer shares equal rights for the house as we do, but he threaten us that if we dont listen to him he may send us behind bars and sometimes even manhandles.
Can he practice any such power?

Army Officer has no such powers to misuse force at his command. Let him do so he may even loose the job. In case he thretens against do submit a detailed complaintto Chief of Army Staff.
