phone messages with clarity and the source established in mobile are valid evidence.But they are secondary evidence and not primary , though explicitly this view is not expressed bythe apex courts , that is the status.

i recently saw 1 software... u can send messagewith other number.. with out accessing that phone so if u have capable to prove then proceed

these are illegal, if you proceed with wrong way then you may be in more trouble..

u cant differeciate don't u know getting messages like that!! like from mobile number only bulk messages
