Hi All
A query regarding the CRPC-91 application to be put in the Court of Senior Civil Judge, where my RCR trial is going on, now i need to put 91 application to summon for documents from colleges. weather the Civil court will accept the CRPC-91 application. or any such procedure is present in the Civel Procedure Code (CPC).
Can you let me Know about this.
Also can we put the 91 application during the Argument stage. the reason is the opposite party had finished their side of arguments for interm Maintanence in HMA24.
