I would like to get some expert advise on my queries.
I have planned to purchase a falt in Medavakkam - Chennai. I have received all the necessary documents from the builder. when I verified the Approval Layout ( Building Construction Plan) I noticed there is no seal from the CMDA or DTCP. But the layout is approved by the Panjayath. However the builder told me that the Layout is approved by the CMDA.
When I asked him about the seal of CMDA in the approved layout he said if the falt has more than six kitchens then only the CMDA will seal it. Also he confirmed me that the Panjayath has the rights to approve on behalf of CMDA is that true and legal ?.
