You have to file petition for appointment of arbitrator u/s 11 ( 6 ) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act before chief justice of High Court having jurisdiction.

You can sent a notice suggest an arbitrator. You can also file petition u/s. 11 of Arbitration Act in High court or district Judge for appointment of arbitrator. In case of need consult with details. Sidharth 9811776422
