Dear Ram Sing,
your link is very informative. the new companies Act 2013 makes a Pvt. Ltd. company to follow a lot of compliance. The alternative is to convert the Pvt. Ltd. company into LLP. There are provisions given in the new companies act to convert pvt. Ltd into LLP.
