Appointment agreement

Hi, can anybody please tell me what is the authencisty of a employment agreement which is taken on company letter head and signed by both parties company and employee. Not on stamp paper neither notarized or any franking done. Is it admissible in law or not.

Company letter head is it self an authenticated document. It never need any stamp, notary, attestation since company is registered with ROC.

plz specify fact so that we will provide u guideline.
