Dear Sirs,
My question is, does law allow the Family court in Hyderabad, (State of Telangana) to appoint a practicing counsel as Advocate commissioner in Chennai or not. Does the court in Hyderabad have Jurisdiction to do so? If yes, as per what CPC? Please clarify.
