Application through proper channel

I AM WORKING IN A BANK WHICH IS PUBLIC SECTOR UNDERTAKING(SPONSORED BY SBI).RECENTLY I HAVE APPLIED FOR GOVT. OF INDIA FOR THE POST OF DY DIRECTOR IN SFIO THROUGH PROPER CHANNEL.BUT UNFORTUNATELY MY APPLICATION WAS NOT FORWARDED BY MY EMPLOYER AND THEY STATED REASON AS SOME OF THE EXIGENCIES THE APPLICATION WAS NOT FORWARDED.DO I HAVE ANY RIGHT TO ASK MY ORGANISATION TO FORWARD MY APPLICATION LEGALLY.CAN'T I DO ANYTHING LEGALLY SO THAT MY ORGANISATION FORWARDS MY APPLICATION THROUGH PROPER CHANNEL IMMEDIATELY.KINDLY ALL THE EXPERTS PLEASE DO RESPOND TO THIS MESSAGE

You can send such E Mail and there is nothing against such requests in such service conditions. When the employee can officially seek permission for applying or through forwarding, it is not indiscipline. Mostly in such cases applicaiton has to be handed over, a duplicate hard copy will be sent directly to the other organisation.
