Application form for NOC from lawyer

Hi, Could you please tell me , which application form to be used to get NOC from the lawyer for DVC case. Many Thanks

You can take vakalatnama of another advocate and take NOC on that vakalatnama of previous advocate.

Why do you neeed NOC of your previous lawyer?

Just file a new vakalatnama
