As I described in my earliesr post, I am facing issue with my wife & in-laws as they have filed application in Paramarsh Kendra, Ladies Police Station stating false allegation on me & my parents about dowry, cruelty etc. We have given statement to IO. Now as a next step my mother suffers from regular diseases & now this situation is also deteriorating her heath badly. I am looking to get free from my wife's relation but also I want custody of my 2.5 year baby. I am thinking to file an application in mahila ayog on behalf of my mother as this act of my wife & in laws has given us huge pain, we are deserted from my baby. Due to this we are feeling very stressed.kindly suggest. rgds.
