Applicability of laws to jammu and kashmir

almost all the legislations says it is applicable all over india except jammu and kashmir.To what extent the term deleted?,whether amendment to each act required in this regard?

 Now the Constitution of India is applicable to Jammu and Kashmir, like all other Indian states.
