I wish to know if ESI contribution is payable on payment of payment of additional amounts like attendance bonus,incentives etc to workers in any month.
Is there any Judgement to support this?

Thanks,Mr.Kumar.
But as I understand,if Attendance Bonus is paid out of payroll and is paid once a quarter,no contributions is payable.
Can you pl clarify?

p) Attendance Bonus is wages provided the periodicity is not more than 2 months
