Hiii friends, I want to know that when a Govt Company has been registered as a Private limited company, then whether those provisions of the companis act, 1956 which are applicable on Public ltd companies will not be applicable on them unless and until specifically notified by the central Govt under Section 620 of companies act, 1956.
What about the applicability of section 293(1)(d) of companies act, whether there has been any kind of notification pertaining to that section
