Appendix 20 (1) and 20(2) are mandatory

The bye-laws governing the societies, be it for housing or commercial offices, state the requirement vide Appendix 20(1) and 20 (2) to seek NOC from the Society by the Intending Seller for the property being contemplated to be sold/transferred.

Have these requirements undergone a change or they still hold good.

Shall appreciate and be grateful to have clear legal position on this point.
