Appeal on Null and void marriage

I have applied for divorce and to declare the marriage as null and void.The bride was a psychiatric patient.I have filed the petition to the medical board.My concern is that when the marriage is declared null and void, and if they go for appeal , can I remarry when the appeal is pending ?.Or can I take caveat on the judgment of family court so that they does not stay the order of family court and prevent my marital life ?
