After a FR is filed by police in a criminal (420) case, judge rejected the protest petetion by the complainant. What will be the legal recourse available to the complainant? CAn he appeal to the next level of court?
thanks

If the magistrate has rejected your protest petition file a criminal revision in the court of the District judge.
