Hi
I have a flat in pune,total stand alone apartment of 9 flats
we had socity
now everyone is paying 500 rs monthly w/o any recipt to chariman
I put tenanats to everytime chairmn was colleceting from him
last time tenanat vacacted on 4th of month and said he has given mainatence to chairman ,at time vacating charman was nt avaible
1) Leglly owner is responsible or tenanat?
2) what action they can take against me?

Owner is responsible.
They can stop common utitlity services to your apartment and they'll not allow any tenant in till you clear your dues. Finally, you'll end up paying every penny.
