I am owner of a flat in ground floor whose balcony is uncovered.I am willing to cover the balcony with iron grill for safety purpose.The apartment association of my flat is a registered one and as per by laws no ne can cover their balconies. The association is not allowing me to cover the same. However most of ground flat floors have already covered their balconies. On questioning the association on the same they are telling me that all other flats have covered their balconies before association formation,hence they cannot take action on them,but they will not allow further incidents.Based on natural justice my point is that either all balcony coverings have to be removed(irrespective of their installation timeframe) or i should be allowed for the same.Pl. advice me on the same.
