Hi Respected lawyers ,
My exparte divorce is allowed on April 2016( its not wilth family court , some how the proceding is in additional suboridate court - i am not sure how its is -HMOP 12 ( c) , but till now i didnt get the papers . I have appointed a lwayer ( i think he seems to be a fresher ) and he keeps saying that there is some problem in Tamilnadu courts . i do agree that i can see some news in Google that the issue is with courts .Could some one , seniour lawyers suggest how to get the details from the court ?
what is the procedure ? what is the problem is courts ? is that affect to get the court Orders , its been 4 months now .Please suggest
