Is there is provision in law to have recorded counseling session ? My wife admits to all false allegations infront of counselor , but will not admit in court.

1. In Matrimonial proceedings currently there is no such law to record counseling sessions of parties.

Counselling is to explore the possibility of amicable settlement, a part of redressal of matrimonial disputes and reduce burden of family courts. It is an internal arrangement made by State, not supported by any law but a practice..

You may request the mediator to record her admissions in order to pressurise her for an amicable settlement without harsher conditions/agreement. The mediator may or may not record the same, he cannot be compelled.
