10 Acres of Land is equal to 435600 sq. ft. which is quite a big land. the consideration for selling such parcel of land depends upon the place where it is situated, connectivity to the land, development of nearby places and the current rate of the land at the neighbouring plots.
further it also depends for what the purchaser is intending to purchase the land. therefore there are various factors which determines the consideration.
